20 weeks!

How far along? 20 weeks!! Wooaaahh we're halfway therrre! (Admit it. You sang it.)
Total weight gain/loss: Like 10 pounds. I keep getting on the scale less and less as that number goes up.
Maternity clothes? No, but I did buy a belly band the other day that has been working fair. None of my work pants fit anymore. My jeans still fit.. Just not buttoned. Haha!
Stretch marks? No. I'm putting on lotion morning and night. I hope I will avoid stretch marks but I am sure I will at least get some.
Sleep: I've started to have and hip and back pain in my sleep. Usually if I wake up and roll over I am okay after that.
Best moment this week: Today! Today is the best moment because it is mine and Mike's 4th anniversary! Hooray! I love him, and these 4 years have been the best years of my life! It is fun it is our anniversary and halfway through the pregnancy on the same day.
Miss Anything? Being able to eat whatever and not worry about heartburn.
Movement: Yes! I still love it. He is becoming more and more active!!
Food cravings: Same things. Chocolate milk and french bread.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Less and less. Which is nice!
Have you started to show yet: Yep. Officially.
Gender: Boy!
Labor Signs: No
Belly Button in or out? In
Wedding rings on or off? On.
Happy or Moody most of the time: Mostyl happy. A little grumpy sometimes though. And a bit tired if I do too much. Still learning limits.
Looking forward to: Our appointment next week!

Other: My back still hurts all the time. Mike is really nice and gives me back rubs. I get heartburn anytime I eat nearly anything. This baby better have a lot of hair, haha! Tums are my new best friend.

I'm not going to include pictures this time, because I just included some on Sunday. I haven't grown that much in a whole 3 days.

Rest

This weekend I have had a HUUUUGE list of things that needed to get done. Yesterday we got a lot of it done! Today I had a few more things I wanted to get done, including moving everything from the front room back to where it belonged (the front room was where I was sorting things because I was cleaning out the spare bedroom). I felt like I've gone a million miles an hour this weekend. After I got the front room cleaned out and the home teacher left, Mike asked me to watch a movie with him. I said okay, but I didn't want to watch the whole thing because I had things to do. Somehow I got really comfy and dozed a bit so at the end of the movie I felt like I REALLY had to get things done. Mike told me no, and told me to lay down and cuddle for a bit cuz my body needed a rest. (Which, I really did. I was exhausted and my back has been killing me because of all the stuff I've done this weekend.) I protested, but Mike held his ground. We ended up getting an hour rest in after the movie. It was so nice!
So here's to the best husband in the world, that knows what I need even when I don't.

19 Weeks

How far along? 19.5 weeks, today.
Total weight gain/loss: Like 10 pounds. I keep getting on the scale less and less as that number goes up.
Maternity clothes? No, but I did buy a belly band yesterday so I can keep wearing my jeans.
Stretch marks? No - I'm putting on lotion morning and night. I hope it helps.
Sleep: I've started to have neck and hip pain in my sleep so I wake up a little bit now. Oh well.
Best moment this week: Getting a lot of house work done. It was really starting to stress me out so Mike helped me get a lot done on Saturday. Not everything is done now, but we got a big chunk done!
Miss Anything? Not having a belly, haha!
Movement: Yes! I still love it. Mike's felt him once I think.
Food cravings: Same things. Chocolate milk and french bread.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Occasionally. Still if something is in the back of my throat. That does it every time.
Have you started to show yet: Yep. I look preggo now instead of chubby, which is good! I have started to get compliments on how cute my belly is, so that makes me feel good :)
Gender: Boy!
Labor Signs: No
Belly Button in or out? In
Wedding rings on or off? On.
Happy or Moody most of the time: Mostyl happy. A little grumpy sometimes though.
Looking forward to: Getting more stuff done so I have less to think about!

Other: Ohhh my back. My lower back. It constantly aches now. My boobs are bigger. Depending on the day I either love that or don't love it. Putting my shoes on is uncomfortable. On Wednesday (our anniversary) it will be halfway! I can't believe it!)

Here are my prego pictures. Excuse the no make up. We were running late this morning.

San Diego - 4th of July

Here are the pictures from our trip to San Diego! We had a great time! It was so fun to see my grandma and grandpa and have Fred come down to hang out for a few days! I love me some family time!

Lavender fields while we were driving to Cali.

A Bat Ray! The first day we were there we walked down on the pier with my grandparents and saw this lil guy!

On the beach with my handsome man.

Padres game with my #1 man!

It was fun to go to a Padres game with my grandparents and my uncle, Fred. I loved seeing them. It was a fun game and we had a great view!

Avocados on an avocado tree. Grandma knew someone in the ward who had a lot of trees, so she took me there on our last day to see all the fruits and things. I loved it!

Jasmine flower. I love these.

Ghirardelli ice cream and chocolate shop! Wowzers! It was super cool in there. Too bad we just ate dinner so we didn't get dessert..

Mike enlisted for the Mormon Battalion! He looked good as a soldier.

Padres game. Sorry the pictures aren't in order.

Mike the card shark. We got our fair share of card games in when we visited. It was great!

4th of July parade!!

Coolest part of the parade by far.

The San Diego Temple! So pretty! I loved doing a session there, it was gorgeous.

At the Mormon Battalion Visitor's Center.

The Mexico border.

The man watching the border.

These cowboys were practicing a quincenera (?) thing. It was fun to watch them.

The most Southwest Corner of the United States.

DOLPHINS!!!! I took sooo many pictures. It was so fun to watch them play in the ocean. We probably watched them for a good half hour at least.

San Diego City skyline.

A fun day at the beach.

A crab in disguise!

These guys were really good at blending in with their surroundings.

It was so fun to go on all these boats! Sometimes they would rock a little and I wouldn't feel too good.

Grandpa taught us about what he did on the submarine! It was so interesting to listen to him. They would go under water for 60 (?) days, and he said it was so nice to surface. He'd stand on top and even though it was freezing he'd stay out because it was SO nice to be in the fresh air and outside!

Point Loma lighthouse.

San Diego from Point Loma.

Some Navy or Army ships going pretty fast in the water. They were really moving!

A huge bridge. I can't remember the name of it.

A US Services cemetery. I couldn't believe how many headstones there were. Very sobering.

Pitchers at the baseball game. These guys are crazy.

an ORANGE Tree!! Oh how I wish I could grow one in Utah. Thank you grandma for taking me to see them!
